Dinai Yelverton, founder of the Experiences That Matter Foundation, recently received a significant boost for her mission to improve health outcomes in underserved communities.
Her Black-owned mobile vision clinic, the 2020 Perfect Vision Campaign, was awarded a $25,000 grant at Invest Fest 2024. This grant, provided by HealthyMD in collaboration with Earn Your Leisure (EYL), recognizes the clinic’s outstanding work in offering essential eye care services to those who need it most.

With this financial support, the clinic can continue offering free vision screenings, eye exams, and prescription lenses to Chicago residents.
